Since 1927 De Cardenas has manufactured centrifugal fans, axial fans and jet fans. Today the brand is part of the Boldrocchi Group and operates from the historic Arcore works, with service on its own machines and other OEMs.

DXL · DXH · DJF
Three non-interchangeable series: DXH for transversal, metro, rail and process ventilation; DXL for civil use, filter rooms, bypasses and underground car parks; DJF tunnel boosters Ø 630–1,600 mm.
Process
The most common type in process plants: high operating pressure, hot and/or corrosive gases. Discharge orthogonal to inlet. Design, manufacture and testing to ISO 9001; Boldrocchi Group.

We size the machine on the plant duty point: fluid, temperature, pressure and installation constraints. Not a generic fan: a documented catalogue family, then engineered.
01 · Infrastructure
Ordinary and emergency ventilation for metro, road and rail tunnels. DXH axials for transversal systems, DXL for filter rooms, bypasses and underground car parks, DJF jet fans for tunnel thrust. Smoke extraction certified to EN 12101-3:2015 up to class F400.
Axial seriesProcess centrifugals for waste-to-energy plants, incinerators and industrial boilers: flue-gas handling, combustion air and gas movement. The machine is defined on the plant specification, not on a single catalogue envelope.
03Process fans for refineries and petrochemical plants. High operating pressure, hot and/or potentially corrosive gases, discharge orthogonal to inlet. Manufacture and testing to ISO 9001.
04Machines for chemical process and fertilizer production, where the gas may be aggressive and continuity of operation is part of the specification.
05Air and process-gas handling in steelworks and foundries. Temperature, dust and mechanical reliability drive the sizing.
06Centrifugals for cogeneration and power generation: combustion air, extract and flue-gas handling, from design to on-site inspection.
07Ventilation for shipyards and naval applications. Industrial machines built around the installation envelope and the gas to be handled.

From design to construction, from test-room tests to on-site inspection, each step follows the ISO 9001 quality system. De Cardenas is a member of AMCA International. Hot-smoke extract fans are certified to EN 12101-3:2015 up to class F400 (400 °C for 2 hours).
